you can try vultr but problem is there are types of complaints you should discuss with them directly and i dont understand why you need CDN when your just embedding videos from external websites ? Your hosting cost will be around 40 to 50$ on bulletproof or private hosting.

You don't need CDN for video. Use Cloudflare for your site and you're good to go..
I want offshore hosting and want to host my own videos. Use a dedicated server from alexhost.com 26€ is not expensive you can host.
use like doodstream, veed.io and other streaming files to host it.

For hosting video, you should at least have dedicated Server and for DMCA ignored hosting.
You actually need Offshore Dedicated Server. not VPS or shared/reseller hosting.

Warez-host is not bad as DMCA Ignored hosting, but if you receive DDoS Attack they suspend you. I shouldn't go with them. In my opinion.
If you think warez-host is good then ask someone or try to DDoS in own server and see what happens.

DDoS Protection should be solved via AnyCast DNS Solutions like CloudFlare or other DNS AnyCast providers. The firewalls of the most hosting companys support only 40 Gbit/s and if you use the Unicast DNS of the Webhosting Provider, they cannot protect you from DDoS Attacks.

Layer 7 can easily bypass Cloudflare. For that reason I shouldn't go with Warez-host.
Warez-host is good but not for DDoS Protection, they lack of it.
I know layer 7 can target any web hosting, but where is the ddos protection of warez-host? They don't have it, even with Layer 3/4 they go down.
Cloudflare as you know can be bypassed with layer 7 and other DDoS methods.

yes you are right. For Layer7 you need a DDoS Protection from providers like Link11 or Akamai etc..
But this solutions are very expensive. Link11 start by 2000+ per month and Akamai by 20'000$ per month.
