Best DMCA ignored hosting?

Hello everyone hope you all are doing great. Actually, I am willing to make a new website and through that website, I will be reselling video courses based on pickup, sex, personality, and all, I know this is called piracy and it's not allowed so that's, why I am looking for the best DMCA, ignored hosting so I can do is conveniently and also I want hosting to be fast not slow and I want to be safe too from all government laws, actually I wanted to ask about the Internet provider too as in, as we know that in tor browser the ip bounces and Internet provider can’t see what we do, but I don’t wanna use tor, so what’s the other way and what is a virtual private server and which server should I buy in hosting plan as there are dedicated server, VPS server, shared hosting I am confused in all this so anyone here you can help me I would really appreciate it, and also should I buy particularly which countries server? Because I had heard that the Netherlands and Malaysia ignore DMCA completely, so should I use Netherlands VPN while operating or should I buy a separate country's server? Please help me out!

try something that hosts in privacy-friendly country, respects local laws, and does not takes down content. Among the 3 I've used are the-online.com cpanel in Netherlands (first buy, then login while setting up choose Netherland location) there cpanel is cheap, starting $1.99 per month with 30GB nvme disk, then other is Eranet/Todaynic hosting in HongKong, even Shinjiru is ok, but they take down site if they receive complaint from local Malysian authorities. They are bit exepsive. Other web hosts like abelohost, vsys, are more on expensive side as they also offer dmca - ignored content to be hosted.

It is very difficult Question to answer, I would suggest contact with few offshore dmca ignored hosting providers, discuss your content and requirements, then dig the company you want to host with, if the reviews are fine you are good to go.

Regarding privacy, i would suggest to buy a windows VPS with good internet speed and you are good to go.
Just to make your self more anonymous pay with crypto and use sudo names while signing up on any hosting companies.
Best privacy crypto is Monero

I can totally understand that.

BUT

Whenever you ask someone about DMCA ignored hosting, Zade Server is 6/10 replies. This says all about their service.

The last time I've checked, I have 3 websites with them and never had any issues in the last 4 months. I'm speaking about 100k+ monthly active users.

True. Germany is DMCA-Friendly they will shutdown when they want and is not so hard. The information will be sent to any copyright corporation, even copyright trolls can get their info.

Germany is not the best location for offshore content. The only way is to remove DMCA abuses and comply, otherwise it will be hard.

About now Hostings providers there are many.
Avoid NL location since the DMCA is enforced there, still working but not recommended.
