Upload web template to web hosting

Hello all,

I have two questions:

1. What is the best minimum cost of website design for corporate / business website? I need 5 pages like Home, About Us, Services, Portfolios and Contact Us.

2. If I create 5 pages of HTML web site that I found from free download web template, then I edit / format to all 5 pages. Is possible that I upload all 5 pages of html to web hosting (like host gator)?

Anyone know who professional or talented web developer / software developer. Please let me know.

1) Depends what kind of editing needs to be done to the template... if it's just changing the logo and adding in text that you wrote yourself then uploading it someone will probably do that for $50 or less as a minimum. Depends really you didn't give much detail on what you want done to the template. Any major features could run you a few hundred to add in (shopping cart, user login etc)
