Upload Email Contacts on Facebook?

Hello guys!
I'm new here...
I try to find how can i upload my email list with contacts on my facebook account. Every time where i try to upload the ".csv" list facebook load 1-3 seconds and after that anything happened...Can anyone help?

yes but when i uploading the file anything happened....I have try with firefox and chrome...I have export the csv from my gmail contacts.Any idea?
