Hi,
so a month ago I received an extreme google penalty which seriously ruined me , here is a screenshot

after searching for a long time I found that the only solution is to Disavow links to your site from search console, I did that and after a month, nothing was back to normal.
I have no idea what to do from here, my head keeps telling me to spam the hell out the other competitors websites and make them get penalties as well and start over again, that can eaaasly be done, but that will keep me awake at night , that's too evil, anyways , I really need help, I have reached a dead end.

sending links to competitors might just do the opposite, you will help them rank lol.
if it was so easy to just send links to tank a site, then it would be war between seo's.. its not that simple.
No, I know it will ruin them ( I have tested it on two of my other websites and it worked)

You've disavowed everything? What exactly did you disavow?

Click the "Security & Manual Actions" and click "manual actions" and post back here what it says.

there are a lot of factors to take into account. testing something on 2 sites doesn't mean its a valid result that always works...

Do you have manual action in GSC?
How much results you are getting by site:domain.com?

am getting nothing , I have disavowed every link I found linking to my website

You have been trapped.

I'm sharing practical information, Avoiding any NOISE.

If something Suspicious is detected, google's SQT does some testing to see the reaction, once they get valid evidence, they apply and send the manual action.

Please have patience and make positive changes and never disallow links that look natural and are natural.

But its an AI generated content site right?
No, even if it was, what has it do with the drop ? the website has been doing verry well for years

Do they always send manual action when there is a penalty ?

Seems like it’s an Algorithmic penalty and its bit tricky.

First and foremost, please don’t freak out, it will make things worse.

Before you disavow backlinks, we need a proper diagnose of penalty, there may be a chance your backl-inks has been deleted and there is no penalty.

Check all your backlinks on GSC, Ahrefs, Semrush, Majestic and Moz so you don’t miss anything.

List download these type of backlinks in Excel sheet.

Safe backlinks.

Neutral.

Toxic.

  • Does it look spammy/dodgy AF?
  • Does it link out to many sites?
  • Does the content make sense?
  • What is the link type (e.g. comment spam or some sitewide sidebar links would be marked as toxic)?
  • Is the link relevant to your site?
  • Is the link visible?
  • Does it have any traffic/ranks for any keywords? Ahrefs’ data helps here.
  • Is the page/site authoritative? Ahrefs’ DR helps here.
  • What’s the anchor text? If you have an unnatural ratio, then it might be required to disavow some links with targeted anchor texts.
  • Is the link follow/nofollow? No point disavowing nofollow links, right?
  • Is it a legit link or one of these scraping/statistical tools?
  • Is it a link from a porn site? These are only desirable in specific cases, for example, you’re a porn site. Otherwise, its disavow time.
Check on Site and Technical Audit: which also includes Keyword Cannibalization and Canonical and Thin Content.

Check HTTP / HTTPS Conflicts.

Review Site Structure.

Please do one step at a time and see the results.

Hope it helps.

Does this huge drop connects to a Feb. Google update? (Google's DMCA update)
Just a guess.

You disavowed already, so most likely you wont get a manual panelty, if you do they will ask you to disavow, which you already did.
Negative seo is not allowed here on this forum so refrain from discussing it.
