Unlicensed gambling app campaigns rejection by Google Ads.

Hi everyone, I work in affiliate marketing and I ran into an unexpected problem. I use Google Ads to get traffic to unlicensed gambling android apps. The problem is this: after google's recent crackdown on app publishing it was hard to put an app on a google play store. While it is possible and we were successful in doing that, there is another problem. While google play does not mark our "other-casual" category apps, Google Ads itself apparently does. Basically any campaign with any text, videos, pictures gets rejected with reason "social casino games". I tried bruteforcing it to pass but was unsuccessful. Is there any way to go around this issue, I would appreciate any help with my problem, thank you.
