I want to create a white hat site with real unique content
i am into health niche
so it seems impossible to write 100% unique content
like - guava are rich in vitamin C
so you cant make this unique as it is common and published on many sites
i have even noticed big sites like health.com are not even having 100% copyscape passing content
so will this be good with adsense
Someone please help me with this

It depends on the site authority. You're giving an example of authority site in health niche. Even if they just copy paste the content from other site. The content would be indexed in no time and rank higher than the original site.

As, you're going to start a new site. Then I wouldn't suggest you to use copied content on your money site. The best option is to hire a writer and then spin the content manually to by using WordAi for multiple copies. Make sure to proof read the content.

And there is one more thing that you need to do - create valuable assets for industry which do not have a killing competition yet. So, just a trxtual content + valuable backlinks will not going to be enough if authority site is aged and has high PR etc.

It is possible to write your articles so that they are unique enough to pass copyscape. Just use Copyscape to check your article once it is done and edit the bits you want to.

To be honest, I wouldn't worry about one short sentence like the example you gave. Every now and again a short sequence of words is going to be repeated. It's not a problem to worry about.
