Who goes to Delaware other than people from Philly and South Jersey?

I voted Austin - that is a beautiful city and would be big hit I would think.

The best places are Amsterdam and Brussels. Because they are located in the centrum of Europe.
And to get accepted for a visa is not difficult.

Almost all LLCs are out of Delaware, so apparently it is a huge place to do business
