I always forget about Brussels, it is a nice city, easy to get to with Eurostar, although Manneken Pis was a massive let down.

I hope the Delaware suggestion was just a joke. Even the locals make the extra drive to Philly or Baltimore when they want to have fun, it's definitely not the place to host a multi-day event that that people are meant to enjoy.

They're going to host 2022 Fifa and they're a very rich country that welcomes people from all over the world for business. They're an economy with one in 10 millionaires and their GDP is a dream for any country.
They're looking to invest in businesses because they want to join the so called rat race. I know because I have put together 3 events for them in the past with other companies ofcourse. The county is centralised, luxurious, lack knowledge( here you can fill the void) and have the money for advertising and events.
