Unexpected traffic, what to do?

Hello everyone,
I launched March 22, 2015 a blog about Health/Pregnancy And i try to sell CB products. I work actualy on SEO, I have average 20 hop /day and no consersion yet. I hope it goes up and I will succeed my first sale soon.

My problem : i use G Webmaster tools and analytics for monitoring and i see that :

My site rank for unexpected keywords like "arrow" and "arrow PNG" ...

Can I exploit this information?
How to turn the situation in my favor?

In general the traffic from Google images is totally useless. They just come to see/scrape the image and leave, have seen this in few sites.
