It might be Linkwhisper, it does not do it automatically, it gives suggestions. I am not sure if that is it...
its automatically call the links with the anchors, but you still need to insert by chosing / select all to make it inside the post.

This is a wordpress plugin that generates article about your keyword (a really long one actually) and adds an image to the post automatically.
All you need to do is give the post a tittle a publish.
Oh, yea and all this is FREE, you only need an openAI API key.
