UK IG/Threads web signups — anyone hitting >15%? Stuck around 4%

Running a fresh-account stack targeting UK and the creation rate has tanked this week. Looking to see if anyone's still landing well or if everyone's hurting.

Stack at a glance:

AdsPower fingerprint browsers, Patchright/CDP, fresh profile per worker
Mobile + ISP UK proxies, rotated per cycle, geo aligned to proxy city
SMS chain: SMSPVA Vodafone_UK + Hutchison_UK real-SIMs primary, sms-activate-style provider fallback, 5SIM last
Vision CAPTCHA solver (ddddocr + LLM race) for the inline gate
Per-worker IG home-feed warmup before signup, full Threads handoff + 25-post D17 cycle after creation
Current numbers (last 4 hours, 8 workers):

~360 SMS rents → 52 codes (14.5% rent-to-code)
15 IG accounts created (4.2% rent-to-account)
Code-to-account just 28% — codes land, but post-CAPTCHA URL is /accounts/suspended/ ~70% of the time
Created accounts survive 26 hrs to 5 days before the survival sweep flags them
The bleed: the inline "Confirm that you're human" CAPTCHA is solving fine, but IG bounces straight to /accounts/suspended/ immediately after. Feels like IP/fingerprint reputation pre-flagged the session before the SMS step even started.

Anyone hitting >15% rent-to-account on fresh UK IG → Threads via web right now? Or is the web path basically dead and everyone's gone to APK/emu?

Not asking for source — just want to calibrate whether to keep grinding or pivot the whole approach.

Currently, systems with dropouts >15% have largely abandoned the Web environment to more deeply emulate hardware specifications. You should consider switching to a Mobile approach, as browser-based paths are now heavily scanned, making attempts to optimize old parameters less effective.
