Hi everybody.
Lately I've been working with PPD + YouTube, and tried out lots of methods. I would want to spoonfeed you with everything that worked best for me, so that the people not making any money yet may get some ideas on how they could start.

Preparations
Prepare everything that you're going to do. Write it down in a word document, so that when you get stuck, you could always get back and see how to proceed etc. This is a pretty important step if you're new to PPD. The things I write down is usually how much money I'm going to need to spend, and on what. When I've bought the tool / service, I also check it off in my document, so I know what I've spent and on.
What you need to start:
- YouTube Accounts, preferably PVA. I buy these of a guy on Cleanfiles forum, but you could use whoever you want. There are even some people here on BHW that sells these kinds of accounts.
- Proxies / VPN. I myself is using HideMyAss's VPN, and so far it has worked great. Private Proxies is also recommended, but they are pretty expensive.
- Traffic Exchange site accounts / points. I myself is using EnhanceViews since according to my experience they are working the best.
- Domain name(s), preferably .com. You could also just use some free blogs if you're short of money.
- Some motivation and a happy mood. (Hehe..^^)
Let's take action!
This is the most important step. You have to take action in order to succeed. No matter how lazy you are, if you don't do something you wont get anything in return. Even on the days when you really don't feel like working, it's important that you do. You could rest / have fun later on. I myself was a really lazy guy, not doing anything in particular until one day that I decided to do something. Since that day I've worked almost everyday just because the feeling you get when you see the results is so f-ing great. Nothing can beat that feeling

Niche Finding
This is one of the most important steps in the whole process. I've got a couple of methods that I use to find my niches.

Video Creation
I'm using a method I've not seen before, which works outstanding for me. (I'm using Sony Vegas for this, because it's the only software that I'm good at. I'm not sure this works with any other software, but if it does, feel free to comment down below, and I insert it into this post.)

(Don't mind the music, it's just something I listened to at the moment hehe^^)
Other than this method, you could of course make videos yourself to make them 100% unique, but this is the lazy guys method.

Uploading your videos
- The first thing that you do when you're about to upload a video is running a CCleaner campaign. Just let it run and erase every footprint that your browser may have left. I'm using a chrome extension named LastPass to keep track of every saved password and username for every account. This is very handy if you're deleting cookies and saved passwords a lot. You could download it by clicking here.
- Then change IP with your VPN or proxie.
- When I login to a freshly made account, I always start to like and subscribe to some videos / channels, just to protect my account. Also, be sure you have an avatar uploaded. These accounts could also be used on traffic exchange networks.
- Start upload your newly made videos. I usually upload about 4-5 videos / account, just so if any of my account get banned I won't lose everything. ("Don't put all your eggs into one basket" ^^)

This is also a really important step.
I'm using a .com domain, simply because I think it builds trust and people are more likely to download. At least for me, the .info domains or Wordpress blogs are really spammy, and it feels like everything is fake.
If you can't afford a real domain, simply go with free blogs or anything, but DON'T PUT THE DOWNLOAD LINK TO THE PPD NETWORK IN THE DESCRIPTION. This will get your accounts banned a lot faster. Another thing that I think could be handy is to use multiple domains. I'm not sure, but I think that YouTube could blacklist your domain name if it's reported, which will result in a lot of banned accounts.
On my landing page, I write short descriptions about every file. This is a lot of work I know, but it's definitely worth it. On the bottom of every post I insert a download button copied from Mediafire, because people are familiar with the site and trust it.

Files
I'm using the method of uploading a password protected .rar file. The way I do this is that I first make a .rar that's unprotected. In that I insert another rar file that is password protected and a text file named "Password". In the password file I put a little description of where you can download the password, which leads the people to my PPD Network where the password.txt is uploaded.
(Earlier I used widgets, so that when people press download on my site they have to do a survey, but all since I change this to the password.txt method, I've got a lot more conversions. I think this is because of the trust of seeing the file before doing a survey. I strongly recommend the password.txt method, but you're free to use whatever you like )
Also, I'm using Dropbox to upload my files, simply because Mediafire banns account really fast, and I'm able to upload files directly from my desktop. I recommend Dropbox.
Also, if you need more space on your DB account, simply refer some friends, or buy from Fiverr.com.

Rank your videos
For this I mainly use EnhanceViews. They are providing Views, likes, comments, and all are working great. I've found a guy on Fiverr selling 100.000+ EnhanceViews credits, which could be really handy if you're lazy and have the money. Otherwise, just gather the points yourself.
The thing I think is the most important are Comments and Likes. I used to put "Custom Comments", but they don't work very great, and many double comments are being put on videos, which makes it look spammy. That's why I'm now using the "Tutorial" category. Most of the comments in that category is "Great, it works" and "thank you so much!!" but if there's any comments that I don't think are relevant, I simply delete them.
Likes is also very useful to bring trust into the video. I usually adds like 30+ likes to every video, but you could add as many / few as you want

Lastly, I would like to share a picture of todays and yesterdays earnings for me. I'm still only doing about $5 / day, but by scaling this up, I think that I could be doing much much more. Hopefully I someday may quit my job as a "cleaning lady" at a local company. That would be the dream (; (I'm not a lady, but I do clean stairwells a few hours a week besides school, hehe^^)

Open up Enhance Views / Vagex / u2bviews, and check what niches are used the most. Many of these are really great, and you might make a lot of money from it. Even though many of them are really saturated, a good ranked video with convincing content / description / comments may still work very great. Don't be afraid of those who says that almost every niche is saturated, they just don't want any more competition

This method I actually found out myself. I'm not sure it's very kind, but I still used it. (It will probably get fixed as soon as the owners see this thread, but anyways)

Video Creation

- Download some wallpapers from Google, preferably 1920 x 1080. These could be any background at all, but I prefer something minimalistic and simple, just to make the whole thing look nice.
- Download some royalty free music. I'm using some Dubstep tracks, only because I know that teenagers likes it.

Don't fill your title with lots of unnecessary characters, just make it plain and simple, and try to describe your file / video as good as you possibly can, plus maybe a "Free Download" or "Download Free" or "Updated January 30:th" or something. Be a little creative
Description
In my description I'm usually put the download link first so it's visible for the viewers. Then under it I write a short description on how the thing works, and why you should use it. Nothing unusual I guess.
Tags
In my tags I'm trying to be as specific as possible. I'm not adding hundreds of tags, only the most important plus like "free download" "get free" etc.
