I want to promote my account on twitter globally. But when I try to create a campaign to promote my account; twitter only allows me to promote in four countries i.e. USA, UK, Canada, Ireland. I have written to twitter guys but they say twitter only allows promotions in these countries and I cannot target any other location.
I am from Asia (Pakistan) and I daily see promoted accounts and tweets in my twitter home. So it means there actually is a way people are targeting other locations then only USA, UK, Canada, Ireland.
Can anyone guide me here how can I promote my account similarly, so that the promoted tweets and account is visible to users in Pakistan?
