To be honest, most sellers on Fiverr offering facebook and twitter likes/followers are 99% fakes.

When you buy facebook likes or retweets, most of the time, they are usually shared with empty followers. Empty, meaning, bot generated profiles that are either blank or not used by a REAL person.
Basically, you are having your product shared with pretty much no one. You are not going to get that many clicks, let alone convert.
Moreover, you may get someone that actually has legitimate followers. As long as they target your market, you may get lucky and make a sale. I doubt it. Dosen't convert well.
Buying Facebook likes and retweets are more beneficial for seo purposes, than sales.

Both Twitter and Facebook have their on significant . Better to post on both. I recommend you to take service from new user on Fiverr like Roshnigupta , Seoguru296 ,Priestly, Payalagrawal , Adman4site etc . These are my Favorite users on Fiverr. I usually take Social Networking services from these seller.

Facebook has more genuine traffic initially, so you can pick FB for that one.
