Like everybody says, TA will do it.
There is one software more, but very often not working because of frequent updates of twitter. When is working, works ok, and can send 5 and more replies at once in the same tweet, like YourShortOfferHere+Link @user1 @user2 @user3 @user4 @user5 @user6
you load your desired list, replies and links and soft is sending like a crazy.
Its called AtomicTweets, I have corporate version for now but for that multi reply function regular software version is doing the same thing. Accounts get banned faster but overall number of replies is much bigger. I use it rarely, just for really big and fast actions, over night you can send about 45-50 k replies.

we cant send mentions if accounts arent approved.
is it better to make 1000`s accounts i.e. with gmail trick, then confirm email fasts and send mentions to that ID`s... or do it slowly? I have the same problem with 500k ID`s and dont know how to send them mentions fast... I dont care about accounts if they got banned.
