Twitter follow / unfollow - 'churn' limit

Everyone is aware of the Twitters 10% limit, obviously because
Twitter wont let you exceed it once your over 2000 followers.

Example:
2000 Followers - 2200 Max Follows
8000 Followers - 8800 Max Follows

Down to business...

My question was is in regard to 'churning'. I just bought TweetAdder
and am between minds how many people to automate it to follow and
follow each day (using the function to allow 3 days before unfollowing
any given user.)

For my 4 accounts of between 1700 and 3200 followers I currently have
it set on a very conservative limit of 50 follows and 50 unfollows each day.

With 2000 followers can you follow 199 new people each day and
unfollow 199 people who arent following you back each day and
not have any problem?

What figures are you seasoned Twitters using to get maximum follower
numbers fast?

From all the twitter related posts I can see, there is clearly lots of people
on here who use Twitter. Surely people aren't THAT protective of simply
their daily follow and unfollow numbers?

There is a limit on churn and your account will be suspended. I can say that its in the neighborhood of 1000-1500 follows and un follows a day.

I have 3 accounts.. 1 was suspended.. i was able to get them to reactivate it as long as I agreed not to use 3rd party apps. I idea is not to get greedy. If you use tweetadder then you can set rates and limits.. also don't automate.. and cheange up how many you follow to un follow.. don't make it 1 to 1 for everyone that doesn't follow you back.. the suspension of accounts is automated based on patterns and values/limits.

I can also say that not only do they not have set numbers, or ratios. I have a 15K Twitter account that I was keeping well within the range on ratio, however, I received a suspended notice because of the "aggressive nature" of the churning. Just like Twitteruser (above) they asked that I removed third party apps that were related to follow/unfollow, and luckily within 24hrs they lifted the suspension.

If I have 75k followers, how many people I could follow per day ?

So just change the numbers each day and don't have a 1:1 ratio seems like the way to go. I am just getting into twitter as an advertising tool and it seems very potent quite excited!
