I have 3 accounts in which I am following 100 users per day, I am wondering if I could do anymore? Maybe 1000 per day?

Thanks

i follow 200 a day...
don't know what is the limit, but if your accounts are new don't get to greedy
the following limit is 2000 users, and it will increase with your follower ratio

Thanks for the info! I'll try 200 a day or even more and see what happens.

From what I have been told from multiple sources including a few guides on here. The following limit per day is 500, Anything over flags your account and they investigate. They were in the Black Hat SEO section a while back.

Oh btw if you have some script going to auto follow people who follow you watch out because it can cause you to go over 500 if you add 500 and have that. :)

Sweet, great to hear. Do this also count when you are unfollowing users?

Anyhow, thanks for the info! :)

2 of my accounts were suspended due to bulk following
1 followed 250 people and got suspended
1 folloed 900 people and got suspended.

When I wrote an email, they said uninstall any software and we will restore it..

I had three accounts one was following 500 a day the other was going well following 1000 a day. Now I have 1 account left and this is the longest established and is currently following about 400 a day.
I think I should have started slower and then let it build up.

The main thing is to take it slow until you get 2000 followers ... !

After that follow at most 150 ppl per day other ways you gonna get your account suspended.

Important factor is also what do you post on twitter ... alot of spamming can get you suspended as well.

The other things that you can actually improve is to change your background, avatar and write a proper info about you ...

What I am doing is, first creating an account then on the first day follow 50, second day follow 100, third day 200, fourth day 250 and staying at that steady pace. And yea like jannysoft said, be legit and don't try to spam as much.

Dont follow in buk at one go...Login once, follow 50 than after 4-5 hours login again , follow other 50...This way reduces your chances of getting accound suspended.

Regardless of how much you follow per day, you'll still have a chance of get struck by twitter's banhammer.

I have scripts that follow 50 to 100 per day or you can use humming bird. The problem with following people is that most won't follow you back and that inflates the number of people you're following versus who follows you. That's a red flag for the bots. The best way, really, is to have people follow you naturally because they like you, trust you and enjoy your tweets. I have one account that's growing by 20-30 follows a day just doing that. But even if you get up to 100,000 followers, it's absolutely no guarantee that they will buy anything. Twitter users aren't into buying stuff. They really enjoy shooting the breeze, hashtag gossip and exchanging news links. That's about it. If you post affiliate links on your tweets, then there is no shortage of dumb ass voluntary Twitter police to report you as a spammer. They resent the notion that you might be making a few bucks so they cut you off. If you're a good blogger, you may get some level of traffic using tweet bait. Twitter has never been good for making money.

I also use to get around 200 twitter followers per day.

I had once tried to get 300 followers per day and tadaaaaaaaa...... i got banned.

So, be careful when arranging followers for your account. You get greedy and the game ends there.

I've had mixed results. On 2 of my accounts I started slow with 50 - 100 per day. Once I got 2k I bumped them both to between 100 - 200 a day. One account got banned, the other is still going strong. I did the exact blueprint for both so, I'm not sure why one got banned and the other did not.

I am using Hummingbird for a while now. Got no probs by following the max. a day.

BUT! Just one time i unfollowed about 1000 "followers" my account got suspended over night.

ps: sorry, i am from germany and not that good in writing english :o

Ive heard a lot about accounts getting suspended for unfollowing recently. Plus twitter have asked services like TwitterKarma to stop their unfollow services.

I currently do about 150-200 a day and havent had any issues yet..im no twitter expert tho

Add a couple of hundred each day...

But try to keep your ratio at 1:1.1 following to followers until you get over about 2000.

I.e. you need to be unfollowing people who don't follow you back after a few days...see the other posts on here about unfollowing scripts.
