Does anyone know how to make a bot like this -

A tweet should be sent whenever there is burn happened.

What do you mean "a burn happened"

do you mean when that accounts posts? Or an external check?

External check, when someone burn some coins of any specific project then it should post tweet automatically about the coin burn with transaction hash link.

Well no bot is going to detect something so specific. But if you can detect the burn, then you just need a bot that has a basic API to trigger a tweet.
