Hi, I am looking for something that can use a bunch of twitter accounts and proxies to make a Hashtag trend. I basically want them all to send the same message and get the hashtag included in that message trending.

That will just take heaps of accounts. Many bots can do it, search around and Google, you will find many things.

i have tried this awhile back and let me tell you its very easy to say and kinda impossible to be done , half of my twitter accounts got suspended the next day .

You'd need a legitimate high quality bot network to not be seen as spam by twitter. All they'd have to do is check the accounts tweeting and see that they were fabricated.
