Twitter AI plugin for wordpress site?

Do you know any Twitter plugin for WordPress that automatically tweets when a new post/video/product is added to a WordPress page?
Would be AMAZING if it also adds #'s and @ people mentioned on the page.
I think that it would be a banger plugin for news websites (and if it would also work with Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram, and so on then even better!)

You don't need AI to repost content from here and there. You can try ifttt WordPress to twitter recipe. They already have those available, you just have to plug and play. They also have same for other social media platform.
Free account gives you 3 recipe now a days. You can create multiple accounts or try zapier. Free zapier gives you 100 tasks. There another one in the market like zapier called integrately that gives you 500 tasks for free and have a referral programme. So if you spam it's referral link your quota will increase to 6000 task.
Enough said.
