Twitter Ads Missing Creative Tweets ❎❎❎

I am trying to run ads on Twitter for the first time since I found more of my audience on Twitter than Facebook.

When I create a campaign, I can't find my tweets when I reach the creative section.




I search google and tried all the answers like change browser, disable adblocker... Nothing worked.

If you have faced this before and found a solution, please advise...

I have got the same probel like you. I just saw this post from twitter. Here is information:

I can't select any Tweets/creatives to add to my campaign

You won't be able to add a Tweet to your campaign if the Tweet type is incompatible with the campaign objective. For example, we require a Tweet to contain a video in order to be added to a video views campaign.

Please also note that only Tweets can be added to campaigns. To use a Card in a Tweet, go to the Cards library from the "Creatives" drop-down menu, create a Tweet using the specific Card, then add that Tweet to a campaign.

If you're still unable to select Tweets and creatives to add to your campaign, try these basic troubleshooting tips:

• Clear your cookies and cache
• Try multiple browsers including Chrome, Firefox, and Safari
• Retry using an incognito or private window in your browser
• Log out and log back into Twitter Ads
• Disable browser extensions, like AdBlocker

I can't see the Campaigns, Creatives, Tools, or Conversion Manager tabs
If you do not see the Creatives, Campaigns, Tools, or Conversion Manager tabs, this is likely because your account does not have a valid payment method on file. I had the same thing. I added a card for payment and after that everything worked
