You should start getting clicks even after uploading 5 videos but you need a lot of them to actually convert to make this method worthwhile.

Having skills to create an upload bot is needed for this method
I don't think an uploading bot is that useful since the Description, keywords etc should be done by hand anyways.
Have had a lot of success using bots to boost views, subscriptions, adding/following friends and increasing videos rating/ranking though, especially on the big sites like xvid and pornhub.

FFmpeg can do anything you can imagine as far as editing goes.

You don't have to convert to avi, I just like to deal with AVI files better than MP4
5 videos per day per account and 2 accounts per proxy is reasonable. So 10 videos per proxy per day should be fine.
