Tweet Generator / text spinner

I'm a big fan of tweet adder's tweet generator. I'm in need of a similar tool.
If you are unaware, this is how it works;

[hey,hi] [how are you?, what's up?]

would generate

hey how are you?
hey what's up?
hi how are you?
hi what's up?

Features needed:

Character Count: 140 characters Max
Link attacher: I'd like to be able to attach links to each tweet
Combination count: I'd like to see the number of completed combinations made.

Currently Im offering freebies, a tweet scraper, then you should use theBestSpinner to spin the text.

I can make it auto-tweet for you, but for spinning stuffs, I might consider to make it if it does worth here

Why don't you just scrape a TON of tweets and use them? I do this, and my accounts have never been banned because of it.
