I do think you write quite well, so I will take a look but as meathead1234 said, it seems a little premature for a Panda 4.0 Case Study.
Even if it has not been hit hit yet, it is far too early to draw any conclusions.

GSA is GREAT for making short term money. This update trashed a ton of 1 page sites I spammed to the top with GSA, but here I am building more links.

It was a good reminder that aggressive black hat is still working and will work in some form or another for some time to come. Does that mean it is the best option to go with. May be for some and may be not for some.

Definitely churn and burn strategy, no doubt about that. But it works and it will work for all the animals google can throw at it.
of course you wouldn't do it for a whitehat business website, but that's not what it's about.

I'm doing a similar case study on my own, but with 1 page parasite sites ranked using nothing but pure spam blasts from GSA SER. Of about 5 of these pages I'm trying to rank only the one in the most competitive niche is ranking at all and every Google update it keeps ranking higher. The other 4 pages in less competitive niches not even in the top 1,000.
It's always interesting to see things that were supposed to no longer be working, still work to this very day.

Well pure spam never has a long shelf life - it's just churn and burn to make more moneys

The beauty of internet marketing is there are more than 1 way to skin a cat and how you skin the cat depends on what your goals/objectives are.
There is no on size fits all SEO campaign, and SEO/link building is only a very small component in internet marketing.

I have found the best way to do things is have a few long term authority type projects and then a bunch of churn and burn sites, that way you get the benefits/drawbacks of both at the same time

Taking into account that Panda refreshes once a month I will be looking forward to an update by then.
ps: Duplicate content is only duplicate when it exists on the same site over and over, if it comes from different sites then Panda won't have much of a problem with it.
And yes spun content still ranks, my auto blogging sites didn't tank after Panda 4.0 was released.
I always wonder why my blog gets so little attention, now I know it, I 'm too honest with my case studies, more then half of them fail as that's normal when you're testing new things. The things that do work get hit by some updates now and then and then it needs reviving, same like everyone experiences with Internet Marketing. More failures then successes.
But people don't want to read about failures, they only want success stories.
I guess I will always keep on failing then
Ok one succes story then, I live in Thailand make 10k euro/month and screw the most beautiful bitches - more at SEO Backlink Service (despite the name no links or services are being sold / promoted there, maybe in the future), yep the BS doesn't stand for bullshit like most probably think.
