Your CTR/CPM seems kinda low (relatively speaking) - are you only using RHS ads for re-targeting? Why not NF?

Great Tutorial Sasha

Placing it in the header will work just fine.

I have tried to target audience that has visited a certain site/url...

for example ebay.com

and I get this:

Audience too small

Instead of doing that you should check out custom audience

Thanks. What if i am doing a 301 redirect from a new domain to a domain that is suspended on facebook? Will i still be able to use the pixel ? Wont facebook see that the pixel is attached to the website that is ban or suspended on facebook?
