The main problem I see is that the injected referrer will be extremely obvious when your affiliate manager checks through your leads. It should be pretty obvious what you're doing, even if you're using it legitimately and a user agreed to submit his email, you're still abusing an XSS vulnerability on the CPA offer's server, which is certainly banable..
If you wanted them to not notice anything you would have to use real traffic and only mix in 5% of these fake leads, but even then, it wouldn't be worth the risk for such a low amount of cash.. What's your opinion on that, OP?

This is really nice tutorial to work and earn some good amount but is this right way?

Well, you get 6 or so networks (at least. the more the merrier), you setup at least 3 email submit offers (that pay on first page submit and DO NOT require email confirmation) per network, preferably from different advertisers. If you want to play it real safe you set it up so that you're only making ~$20/network per day. At some point the advertisers will start to ask you to pause their campaign. If this method is completely undectable (I'm not sure if it is) then they won't jump to blacklisting you from offers right away, but even if you get blacklisted from offers it's not the end of the world by any means. If you wanted to play it real safe you can start working on a different rotator with 18 different offers and then switch off to that one after a couple weeks. The advertisers/networks simply won't have enough data to start asking questions in that short a period of time and with that few leads being sent per offer. It also helps to keep track of which advertisers you are using/abusing and to make sure you don't dip the same ones repeatedly. Using these safeguards it could be months before networks started to get suspicious, and by that time you would have banked several thousand dollars. Mixing in WH leads and having one legit offer being run on each network would obviously help too.
These are methods I'm currently using in iframing campaigns, and so far so good. Most people aren't willing/able to have the patience to set up anything beyond one or two networks and that is where they get tripped up.
With this script it all depends on whether it is detectable by the networks/advertisers.
