Tumblr Web2.0s After Some Time Drastically Decrease in TF/CF

I have a bunch of Tumblrs with good metrics. In the first test back in January, they all failed. After some time almost all of them lost their metrics really fast, in a couple of months. I really put much effort to make them superior. I added 3-4 handwritten posts and also contact, about and privacy policy page on each one. In the posts I added relevant links and 2 images and 1 video.

My question is how to keep the metrics as they are?

You can't. They lose backlinks so they lose TF. You would have to build backlinks to these tumblrs.
