Trying To File Taxes - CJ's EIN #?

I'm currently away traveling and trying to e-file my taxes.
Seems every affiliate network lets you download 1099-MISC forms online except for CJ.

Apparently a copy has been mailed to my home address but as I'm currently half way around the world that's not going to do me any good!
Does anybody have CJ's EIN # on hand? A PM would be greatly appreciated.

I could Use that cj.com EIN too. Such a pain to get it from them over the phone. I hate their run around. Thanks in advance.

I'm looking for the EIN as well for US CJ. Got the 1099 in mail. but misplaced it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I checked some DP threads and they said you got to leave the EIN# blank. Is it so ?

Employer Identification Number.
Your social and their name will work.
