Worked great for like 2 weeks, now my past transactions and servers have disappeared from their website. I can't leave a ticket either and their telegram account is suspended/banned (VPS is still working, looks like their website backend is down or something)

I don't even know when I need to renew, don't know if i'll be able to ...

Hello again, we know what happened to you, this is just a security feature, all you need to do is log out and log back into your account and everything will be normal like before.

Going in private browser mode fixed the issue, thanks for helping. Beyond this specific issue, this hosting has been pretty great and reliable for the price!
