I want to buy a domain which was active 2 months ago.

Citation Flow: 0/100
Trust Flow: 0/100
Ref. IPs: 9
Ref. domains: 59
Total backlinks: 42.9 k

Is the TF/CF important in this case ?

How to check if the domain was penalized by Google ?
I tried "site:domain.com" query in google and it return 26 results but I know that the website was bigger...

Checking whether the domain is penalized goes much further than just checking index. And even though TF isn't that important, when it's 0, you have a pretty big chance, that the domain is shit.

Also, 59 referring domains and 9 referring IPs. 51 domains come from the same IP address = Shit.
