Alright, let me explain what I need.
My friends own a restaurant and needs TrpAdvisr (TA) reviews. The solution I'm looking for is to be able to run this on an android tablet. He will give a free croissant and in exchange people will login to their TA and post a review of his restaurant. I understand TA has constraints to avoid fake reviews of gamifying of its platform so I need a proxy rotator which will rotate through a list of Philippines proxies constantly. The interface will be seemless to clients.
I would even like it if it was a simple interface with possible branding for that restaurant.
PM me if that's something you can build easily. I will rehire you for future iterations of this solution.
