troubles with Alexhost

Hello,
i've been having issue with my dedicated server that is hosted at alexhost it's been crashing non stop since last friday i checked every logs checked the load average of the server and i've been monitoring all day to see if something might be causing this on my part but at the moment of the crashed everything is normal except for the cpu temp that i find abnormaly high considering the load of the server.

When asking alexhost i'm not having any real answer and the worst in that is that everytime it crashes i have to wait for them to reboot it manually before i can access ssh again, the first time i had to wait 16 hours for a simple reboot.

If it keeps going like that i'll start to loose a lot of clients so if someone of alexhost can see my message i'd like to have a solution be found as i don't see this as a problem on my part and the longer it keeps on going the more i'll start loosing clients.

as you can see on the screen a little time before a crash occured everything is normal

Yes at the moment of my post i had a ticket open for 3 day and there was no solution in sight this is why i resorted to making a post here on blackhatworld in hope that someone would see it.

Turns out it was the cpu that was overheating and right now i'm awaiting a solution with the new server they gave me which has an error too that make it crash after 2 hours of running my website.

for now they lent me a server while they're working on finding what's causing this issue on the new server.

So far the server they lent me is more or less holding up and i'm fine with that as long as when i get back the new server, it will work flawlessly.

Alex host is awful currently have an open ticket with them right now, asked for refunds which they guaranteed me. and now they are refusing to refund me, its now 10 days in with resolution mate,
both servers with bad connections unreliable. asked for support waited with no reply staff at the start was awesome, then when i asked for a refund they barley reply barley offer support and they don't even honour their refund policy. if this ever changes then i will update my post, i also have a full folder of screenshots

We can't refund to other wallet, we only refund to the wallet or payment you paid the server.
I think this is now solved. If you have any issues please contact our support and link to this thread (your post) to know that is you.

I also ran into this, I couldn't even transfer the site to their hosting due to the connection speed being too slow. I asked for a refund of $ 300 that I paid, they never returned anything to me, I do not advise contacting this hosting.

We are losing our patience with that, if you are talking serious why you didn't post your ticket ID or screenshots?
And also IF you are lying we could be to court and discuss that there.

The problem here is that I see people talking bad about us, but they never post a ticket id or contact us through the forum or other means.

By the way, you don't even mention what kind of server you chose, did you know that 1Gbps shared is shared, that is, it's not 1Gbps, it's UP.
The word " Up to"means a lot of things and meanings. It's the same thing I say the bike goes up to 150cc of speed, but it doesn't mean that on climbs the bike reaches 150cc..

Why he should do? The server as it was delivered and it was working, if it wasn't working fast or at lightning speed, that doesn't mean it's a scam, because it is not.
Our company is legally registered.

and we have own network that he himself can check. We are not resellers, the server is delivered from that moment on, the customer is responsible for the actions he commits on the server.
And I say this with all certainty and reality.

This is no joke, having a server is like signing a contract. In addition to that our dedicated servers have a shared 1Gbps network and this is explained very clearly before you buy.

I bought almost the most powerful server you had, with unlimited speed. As a result, even your support service could not transfer the site and did not return the money either, all the evidence is in the screenshots. So you are scammers and nothing more!

Do you know what is a scammer?
Scammer don't deliver the product, don't give anything. Scammer just steals you and block and run away.

We aren't scammers in any way! That isn't scam. If you tell that you didn't liked the network that's fine. But calling us scammers are hilarious.

I've never used your service but threatening to take someone to court over posting their opinion on a forum is a good reason for me never to try your service.

Haha...so true. I used them for a couple of months and it was and it was a big mistake.

Alexhost is such a shitty hosting.

First , 2 days after buying my VPS they do an hosting migration. They fucked up my website, they had to use an old backup to repair it.
I have an ecommerce website so it was a MESS to find back user who did purchase. And my website was down for the FULL weekend.

I was ok let give it more a try. 1 week later, my website receive a fake complain for fishing ( of course i don't do this , it's illegal and my business is already making money legally , why would i do that ? i have a trustpilot page with 100+ reviews ) they shut down instantly my VPS instance and i can't do backup.


SO DONT BUY ALEXHOST. I had less issue at hetzner, digitalocean, vultr . they are cheaper, good support, they don't shut your down your server and fail migration that you didn't ask for

Maybe it's better for you to try the other hosting providers: rockhoster.com and legionbox.com.
