I'm looking also for a good traffic exchange like a banner/link/popunder-exchange.
They are platforms like plugrush.com, traffdaq.com or traffxporn.com but all of them are dead (does anyone know why?).
There is an alternative, like advertising networks. You place banners and popunders of them on your website, you earn some funds and spend these funds to promote your own project. Unfortunately you pay 30-40% more for the ads that you received before which is a huge loss. I remember the days where a banner/link exchanges gave a rate of 10:9 which is just a 10% loss.

Unfortunately EasyHits4U and TrafficSwarm are surfbars => forced visitors* => crap.
* And you as the webmaster must do the work by looking on websites by others all day long.
