Trademarks and DMCA

So.. let's say I have a trademark on

Mike's silly service.

There was formerly a Mike's silly service that went out of business and let their trademark expire allowing me to register it.

However the information still exists all over the internet with "Mike's silly service 212-xxx-xxxx" How do I get all these sites to either take down the listings or change them to mine?

File DMCA with all of the site's registras?

Any other ideas?

Why not start with sending them an email to remove it? Much faster if they do it. Maybe you can even get them to change the data to link to you?

I guess i`ll have to scrape using the old phone number and use whois scraper and send them all emails.. won't be easy.
