I just add a already used Tracking number i got the money instantly after that xD.
But it is kinda risky too because your pp Acc can get blocked if u use the Tracking number too often

If you have a new account they are still going to put holds even if you put a tracking number. Once you get some orders going and the tracking numbers show the items have been deliverd then you will start seeing less and less holds on your account.
