Hi,

Just started looking at SEO and what to know how to write the content of my site for optimal seo and what the keyword density should be and how to use the keyword tools.

Checked the density for the search terms and they were sitting at 3-4%. Any tips and tutorial would be very much appreciated

Hello,

You can check your content through copyscape & about keywords you can used google adwords tool for keyword research.

Yeah definately read the 'Basic SEO practices for newbies' and the 'SEO-Understanding the Simulation' threads in the White Hat SEO forum to get an overall understanding of basic SEO.

Also you should read jamesptyler's thread Some Links to help you out. It has a list of tools that can help you with keyword research, backlink checking, site analysis and much more.
