I'm starting out with Wordpress,
I need to know what are your top efficient plugins you use so the website won't be overloaded and heavy etc..
What are the recommended plugins everybody uses ? Such as Lead Capture,security ... ?

Wordfence will make your site super slow. If you are using a host which has Immunify360 then you don't need Wordfence.

Some new wisdom there! The SEO Framework - is it as good as Yoast or Rankmath?

I haven't tried RankMath since they started the premium so i'm not gonna comment there, maybe someone more experience can.
As for yoast, it was my go to for awhile until recently, it feels a lot more like bloated ware.
SEO Framework (Free) its free and it does what you expect and need from a SEO plugin without all the extra baggage.
