That is definitely not the case if you use it the smart way. When you install it there is an option where you select if you want SEOQuake to get parameters as soon as you load it or when your request for them.

It is suggested that you request parameters as and when you require. You do not need to make it automatic as it does not serve purpose.

When you are visiting BHW there is no need for SEOQuake to get all the information.

Tamper Data - it lets you see the return url of payment buttons like paypal, when you click the button. You can also edit the amount of the purchase as little as you want. I've used it to get lots of things for free. just by copying the return url.
You can find more info in youtube on how this is being used.

Cookie Editor - lets you edit or delete the cookies in your browser

Flashblock - Blocks the flash contents in any website. You can play them if you want by clicking on them.

pertty handy add-ons thank you guy here are another must have IMO:
besides Greasemonkey Firebug and nodofollow I use:

Lastpass: stores all your passwords so you only need one pass

Showmypassword: reveals text hidden behind asterisks (stars *******)

tweak network: to speed up page load

autopager: prior load of the next page (handy when you harvesting url's for example or reading a long post)

febe: save a copy of all your good Firefox add-ons that you probably spend months collecting them

SEOquake is gr8t but u need to leave it switched off when not using or G will see it as automated queries and make you fill in the captchas

The seobook toolbar is excellent too but you have to register to get it - brings a lot of really useful seo tools into one bar esp. Just click on the info button and it will pul all the seo details u need ready ready top export. KW research into G Trends, Insights, Adwords traffic estimators and resreach into 5 competitors all at once and also drops them straight into excel. Plus theres a built in rankchecker for UK / US

don't know any addon that does that but you can create a command for Ubiquity if you got a lil knowledge of java
