I am new here. Only my second post after introduction, so please forgive me for my newbie ways, I'm totally new to IM. Basically I have spent few weeks reading all the information and guides I can find on this forum. And now I would like to start with keyword research and analysis to select my niche. However I am a bit confused on how I should proceed.
The questions I have are mainly concerning the method and tools I should use for niche research. I have read a few threads detailing that Google Keyword planner is enough for niche research, however other post suggest using tools like: "Long tail pro"; "Ultimate Niche Finder"; "Stealth Competition Analyzer", "Market Samurai".
My main concern is that a lot of threads advising use of these tools seem a bit old, 3-5+ years old. Aren't these tools also outdated?
Are they worth using? Which one would you advise?
Furthermore I tried searching for methods how to proceed with niche research, and while I was able to find some information, I was't able to find a definitive guide on how to do keyword research correctly. I will definitely continue my research on this topic however I would appreciate if anyone could provide me with worthwhile information about keyword research, analysis and selection.
