The more databases that pick up your links, the better the chance your link will be passed onto the long term index.

Your job will then become the creation of links if you don't outsource that as well. Create the links, pay someone to create feeds, submit the feeds, check the indexing status against multiple databases, ping those databases with your tree of knowledge list, any non-indexed sites within 48 hours goes back into your "Indexing Que" and gets combined with new links a day or two later.

Keep rinsing and repeating. Some links just won't index. This is where you will have to be the "Business Owner" and throw them in the trash.
