These are all my lists. I put everything here. I have the app too so whenever I get some idea I write everything.

Before, I used notepad and when I started using Trello my life has changed, lol. :D

Trello is awesome. Feels great while dragging the cards. Teamwork is okaish, but it is not free.

We have actually just started using Trello and it is a great want to manage things.

It is great for communication between partners, VAs and it really helps keeping things organized.
 
I do use Podio but I think its better to use it for group works. It's customisable and you can share links, files, write dms, have many different workspaces. Although, I think for the free version you can have only up to 10 ppl.
 
Trello is sweet! I even have my site set up so that it sends leads i get right to a specific trello board so everything stays nice and organized :cool:
 
Trello and Todoist, I will also use Google Sheets for some things.
 
I use Trello for some personal stuff. Sharepoint and Notejoy for team related goals. notejoy is probably friendlier for quick to dos and OKRs and team chatting. Was thinking about asana though to see how different it is

Didn't know about the recurring tasks. I have tried it once.
