Ok maybe I exaggerated a bit but I thought this was just a bit funny:

I just came across that today and thought I'd share. We all love it when almighty Google embarrasses itself every now and then

Having said that: it is their freaking search engine, and they get to put their site on top if they choose to do so... whether it has a title or not.

When I saw it I thought the same thing... isn't it ironic that we fight to make our listings rise to the top and yet they can just push a button and theirs gets there even without a page title... lol

The prob is there is no big GUN who can penalize GOOGLE for playing cheap tricks. This is really embarrassing. They dont have titles since a week but still #1 WTF!!!! I see it still as untitled.

yea I just saw this too, but wouldn't you think if google wanted to rank 1st page on thier own page, with a ridiculous title, dont you think they will rank #1 anyway ?

come on now, they could rank #1 with a blank index.php if they wanted to.. its GOOGLE
