Tips on opening a second Etsy account after first one susspended

My shop was permenantly suspended a month ago. I have read many post here but couldn't find what I'm looking for. If I use a residential proxy with anti-detect browser in this device ( i didn't reset the pc after shop was suspended) will etsy somehow detect the device and suspect the etsy shop I opened with proxy and anti-detect browser? I hope question is not confusing.

i read you two scribd files, but it does not mention that etsy asks for the id + face scane through PERSONA service, how do you pass that? with a personal account or even a LLC. Also for the account it track you bank number with PLAID which is tracking my other bank accounts
