Tips on how to bot get penelized by Google 2019

Has anyone got tips on how to not get penelized on google,ive been out of the blackhat niches since my main site 5k visitors a day ( Game/App Hacks) got penelized on google search. Now I want to get back at it already bought 4L domain and created Subdomains (read that subdomains , if penelized don't penelize the main domain if its not linked or indexed.) Anyone got tips these days how to still got successfull
Because I think using keywords like Hack, Cheat will get u penelized instant nowadays.

Btw I know Game Hack sites will get penelized sooner or later anyway I just want to Bank before that happens and run as long a possible ,also Id like to know if its true that you can just create new subdomains and index them aslong as the main page is not banned.

Google accepts everything as a keyword no matter your keyword is hacks or cheat. There are audience who searches with these keywords and Google really has to provide them search result. So, don't think this way.
I am sure some black hat tricks or some backlinks hurting your website to give it a poor result.
You need to explore your backlinks and have analysis using tool.

Did you try to do a double 301 redirect for your penalized domain?

backlinks are not the main reason for your penalty. To be honest, I don't say this usually but google penalize a site for backlinks happen in quite few cases but most of them because of other reasons. Google thinks their competitor is building backlinks to get them penalized but when we talk about on-page issue only your site(that means you) are the responsible of poor or copied, spun content or can be keywords stuffing.
