You can try some ways that:

  1. Use residential proxies instead of mobile proxies

  2. Avoid using premade cookies

  3. Create the email (e.g. Outlook) on a clean IP first
    → Use home Wi-Fi or 4G, then warm it up for a few days.
  4. Match Multilogin settings to your proxy
    → Geolocation, timezone, and browser language must align.
  5. Act slowly and naturally
    → Don’t post to 10 groups right away. Start with 1–2/day and build trust.
 
Currently, Facebook is very strict about verifying new accounts, so constantly encountering captcha codes and verification requests is quite common. In my opinion, instead of constantly changing proxies or trying different settings, it's better to use a real account, complete your profile, and use it normally for a while. This method is usually much more stable than trying to create a bunch of new accounts
