Change the proxy, and if that doesn’t help, try turning it off and on again.

Most of FB video check forms are required and mandatory action, mobile proxy. Mobile proxy is fine, but if the IP range is overused or marked,

To avoid being asked for verification, you should avoid repeated actions, use old accounts created from clean IPs, and start the account before performing heavy activities.

You should follow them so that FB can protect and verify that your account is genuine. Try switching to a high quality residential proxy - they are usually more stable and less likely to be flagged.

You can try some ways that:

  1. Use residential proxies instead of mobile proxies
→ Mobile IPs are often overused and flagged by Facebook.
  2. Avoid using premade cookies
→ They often don’t match your proxy/fingerprint and trigger captcha.
  3. Create the email (e.g. Outlook) on a clean IP first
→ Use home Wi-Fi or 4G, then warm it up for a few days.
  4. Match Multilogin settings to your proxy
→ Geolocation, timezone, and browser language must align.
  5. Act slowly and naturally
→ Don’t post to 10 groups right away. Start with 1–2/day and build trust.

Currently, Facebook is very strict about verifying new accounts, so constantly encountering captcha codes and verification requests is quite common. In my opinion, instead of constantly changing proxies or trying different settings, it's better to use a real account, complete your profile, and use it normally for a while. This method is usually much more stable than trying to create a bunch of new accounts
