Tips on how to avoid facebook video check(please read post)

Hi everyone. Thank you for taking the time to read my post, I appreciate it.

I am trying to create a new facebook identity due to some personal reasons and I would like to also post on different groups(~10 posts a day). My main problem is however that I cannot seem to get pas the facebook check, and even when I create an email through outlook(since they don't ask for a phone number), I am hit with a 10 check captcha every time.

My setup is using Multilogin and mobile proxies through floppydata with a socks5 protocol(I tested http first but I got the same results). Now what I figure of this is that even if I pass the iphey check, the outlook captcha shows that there is a problem with my proxy perhaps, and that's why I am getting constantly checked. I even get a one step captcha sometimes when I open the Mimic browser, despite using the premade cookies list.

Could anyone give me any concrete tips on what to try next? The proxies I tried were US, France and UK. Should I try a residential IP perhaps instead of mobile? Is it normal that facebook blocks so many attempts on these different proxies, should I just keep trying?

5. Don’t rush into heavy activity
Posting 10 times per day is too much for a fresh account. Start slow - 1 or 2 posts, mixed with likes, comments, and browsing. Scale up gradually as the account gains trust.

You're likely getting flagged due to low-trust proxies, even if they are mobile. Here's what I recommend:
Try switching to high-quality residential proxies - they’re usually more stable and less flagged.
Warm up the session gently after creating the account; avoid fast or aggressive actions.
Use clean sessions and trusted cookies, don’t reuse failed ones.
If that doesn’t help, try Gmail + real phone number for better trust.
Personally, I’ve been able to create accounts just fine using a real phone number.
 
I am not an expert at this but it seems if you are using a disposable email you will
be looked at differently than if it was a business email

Try getting a $10 domain at Dynadot (they run specials. I got 10 the other day for $7 each), assigning it to a free hosting account that
allows email and creating your own email addresses that way. Might help

Bruh so many bots....but stop creating them with multilogin thats your problem, all AntiDetects will keep repeating the same canvas which will just keep linking you. Trust me FB Google knows when your using a Antidetect, you only login with antidetect after you created them on mobile phone first and warm up on phone, than transfer to a AD.

They are just trying to promote their tool, most of them are fake accounts, people who experience them know the results well
 
You should switch to clean residential proxies — Facebook is flagging mobile proxies more aggressively now. Also, try creating accounts manually with different device fingerprints, and let them age a few days before group posting. Constant CAPTCHA usually means your proxy is exposed or the cookies lack trust.
