Tips for the username game?

Last week I was checking some usernames on Instagram and I found out I could come up with pretty good usernames in different niches that were still available. So I bought a bunch of accounts and put them in my bot with de proxies that came with the accounts. Normally, with all my accounts that I use for growing and CPA I buy dedicated private proxies. Because I didn't have the intention to use the 'good username' accounts yet I didn't do it. So over the week whenever I found a good name (like an OG name in crypto and stuff like that) I changed one of the accounts to that name.

Today, all these accounts that I had bought the week before were disabled for violating TOS (remember I didn't take any actions with them yet) so I lost all these good usernames. I think the proxies got flagged or something because I didn't do anything with them myself. I don't have mass account creating experience so hopefully some people can help me with some questions I have because I don't want this to happen again.

- If I had changed to another proxy, would this have happened too? This probably means the accounts creators proxy got flagged and all instagram accounts made with those got disabled so there was no thing I could have done to prevent this
- If I buy accounts and only log in once and change the username and log out, will they be safe? Because now the accounts were all 'online' in my bot on a proxy that could've been flagged and all accounts using it got disabled
- Anyone here doing these kind of things here and has some tips maybe?

You would not have experienced this if the accounts were aged and the accounts were on your own private proxies.

I snag OG names this way as well.

The accounts were aged but I will try to do it again changing proxies too.

Were the accounts that you bought bulletproof?
Because there is always a chance that some of them get taken back by the original owner
But I think it was probably the proxies, just get dedicated IPV6 proxies next time
They're cheap and as long as you do not perform any actions you should be 99% safe imo

Yes they were bulletbroof, I knew the proxies weren't good and had follow/like blocks but thought I would be fine as long as I didn't take actions. I'll try other proxies. I never tried IPV6 so I should look into those too

Just be careful with IPV6, you never know what will happen, but I don't see why you should run into any problems when not performing any action
Don't take my word for it though, as I never tried it out
Probably best to try it for one account for a few days and if it works just do it on other accounts as well
