Do social media managers affect views? I've seen here that it is best to post directly through the phone without any emulators, as they do not get results. Sites like Hootsuite or SocialChamp can affect the number of views or you can safely use them?

Also regarding bots is it safe to use the likes/follow/unfollow automation or can I be shadowbanned?

I also wonder if youtube/instagram works this way or is it better to post everything manually through the phone?

I find manual posting better, and bot abuse is not good either. Post in your ideal time slots to reach more viewers
