Thoughts on selling Wix Created Websites to Filppa?

I recently found a thread about it and I think this is something I can actually use.

Before I make an investment on a Premium Wix account so I can have free hosting and domain, I'd like to know your thoughts about it.

Is this method effective?
If not, what are your suggestions on this money making strategy?

Any advice will be appreciated.

Do not use WIX! They own the site and any flippa buyer worth two cents will figure that out. get used to wordpress and use a good theme supplier. plenty of plugins, easy to use, ect...in terms of strategy, you need to promote a worthwhile service or product and drive a bunch of traffic to it and convert!

This method can work, but certainly not on Flippa...
If you can find regular website owners who know nothing about website builders and web 2.0s, and probably paid couple of grands for their shitty looking business sites, and if you have no problems with calling them and know how to make such a sales pitch and get the fuck out of them, then it can be a solid method!
